How the service works
This site is a dispatch service, not a contracting company with a fleet of trucks. When you call +1 (725) 360-1290, your call is routed to an independent HVAC contractor serving your part of the Las Vegas valley. That contractor diagnoses your system, quotes the repair as a flat price, and performs the work. You approve the price before any work begins, and your service agreement is with the contractor who does the job.
We built the site this way because the honest version of it is genuinely useful: valley homeowners get a fast connection to a licensed contractor with realistic pricing published up front, and the contractor gets customers who already understand what a fair repair costs.
What we require from partner contractors
- A Nevada C-21 license. Refrigeration & Air Conditioning work in Nevada requires a C-21 classification from the Nevada State Contractors Board. You can verify any contractor’s license, bond and disciplinary record free at nscb.nv.gov — and you should, whoever you hire. Steps are in our FAQ.
- Diagnosis before quotes. No condemning compressors without electrical and pressure testing. No replacement quotes without a repair price alongside.
- Flat pricing approved before work. The number you approve is the number on the invoice.
- Honest hours. This site says calls are answered 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM PT, 7 days a week because that is when calls are answered. We do not claim 24/7 service we do not provide.
What you will not find on this site
- No invented customer reviews, star ratings or “1,500 five-star reviews” counters.
- No fabricated years-in-business, awards, or manufacturer certifications.
- No stock-photo “our team” pages — the photos here show the work, not invented employees.
- No made-up street address. We serve the valley by dispatch; the contractor who arrives provides their own verifiable business details.
